Overview

The Valiant™ 1.3m Parkflyer is the scaled-down version of the large Hangar 9® Valiant 30cc ARF. Like its big brother, it offers the proven stability of a classic high-wing monoplane with significantly more modern lines and larger control surfaces for sporty agility. With this Bind-N-Fly® version you have the additional advantages of the Spektrum™ AS3X® with optional SAFE Select technology.

Versatile performance and functional flaps
Some days you just want to relax with some nice touch-and-go's and others you want to push the limits of aerobatics. The low wing loading, functional flaps and powerful brushless motor offer you the full range of possibilities. Fly at full speed or relaxed, just as you like.

Powerful brushless drive
The powerful drive unfolds an exciting performance potential with a 3S 2,200mAh LiPo. However, other 3S LiPos can also be used, as the generous battery compartment easily accommodates LiPo battery packs between 1300mAh and 3000mAh.

Optional floats available separately
The model has already been prepared for the optional floats (HBZ7390 - sold separately). Installation only takes a few minutes and the required fitting kit is included in full.

Bind-N-Fly® advantages
Already own a Spektrum ™ transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) airplanes allow you to get in the air faster than ever before. They come with the power system, servos and a Spektrum 2.4 GHz receiver installed. All you have to do is bind the receiver to a compatible transmitter, complete the final assembly and you're ready to fly!

This Bind-N-Fly Basic model is equipped with a Spektrum 2.4 GHz DSMX® receiver with AS3X® (Artificial Stabilization - 3-aXis) technology that works behind the scenes to compensate for the effects of wind and turbulence, giving you the feeling of stability and precision as if you were flying a much larger, perfectly tuned aircraft.

If this is your first model of this type or you need additional safety margin to familiarize yourself with the aircraft, you can activate the optional SAFE® Select attitude stabilization technology built into the receiver. No programming is required. Simply change the binding procedure as indicated in the manual.

With SAFE Select enabled, you get:

Lateral and longitudinal axis restriction
• This mode restricts movement around the lateral and longitudinal axes and prevents the model from turning on its back. It also prevents the model from climbing or descending too steeply

Automatic leveling
• The model automatically returns to a normal level flight attitude when the sticks are released. This feature is also helpful during take-off and landing to keep the wings level.

Simple switch assignment - no programming required.
• The process of assigning a switch on the transmitter to the SAFE Select function is very simple, requires no programming and is done in a few seconds.
If you do not wish to activate SAFE Select features, simply bind the receiver as normal and it will function as a normal AS3X receiver.
