Spektrum™ is proud to introduce our line of Smart Technology LiPo batteries with specially engineered Graphene LiPo High Discharge chemistry designed to deliver consistently higher voltage throughout the life of the battery, even under the most extreme amp loads.

For RC bashers, maximum capacity and performance are key, and the new Spektrum Smart Pro Basher Series batteries deliver! The Pro Series batteries allow for higher capacity LiPo cells compared to standard battery packs of similar size. The Pro Basher series features a newly designed hard case casing that is thinner and lighter while remaining rigid, durable and impact resistant. This series will exist alongside the current Smart G1 and G2 battery packs and is an upgrade from standard hard case surface packs.

The benefits of Smart Pro batteries include longer battery life, better performance over the life of the battery and the reassurance that your Smart batteries are maintenance-free.

When a Smart Pro Series battery is connected to a Spektrum Smart charger, its unique charging parameters and status information are uploaded to the charger from its integrated micro memory chip. You can view and set preferences from the charger, such as charge rates, so all you need to do to charge the pack is connect it to your Smart charger and the process is automatically performed by the Smart technology.

Spektrum Smart Pro Series Surface batteries provide a variety of important information, including:

• Single cell voltage

• Charge/discharge cycles

Spektrum Smart Pro Surface batteries also keep an error log, including overheating, over-discharge and over-charge incidents. You can use this data to ensure that the battery you choose is suitable for your application.

Intelligent battery technology
When connected to a Spektrum™ smart charger, a Pro-Series smart battery's unique parameters, health and balance information are automatically uploaded from its microchip via the IC3® or IC5® connector data cable. To charge and balance the pack, simply connect it to your smart charger. Safe charging starts automatically.

New graphene LiPo chemistry in the Pro series
The new Pro Series LiPo chemistry features an innovative graphene polymer that provides a consistently higher average discharge voltage across the entire discharge curve. The class-leading low internal resistance offers the driver a higher current while driving (delivering optimum speed/power to the motor and ESC). This means bashers have a lower voltage drop and longer overall battery life.

New housing design
The new housing design is a thinner polycarbonate housing that allows more mAh to be squeezed into a basher-sized battery.

Intelligent automatic storage voltage
The Spektrum™ Smart Pro series batteries practically take care of themselves. The Pro Series batteries are factory programmed to automatically discharge to a safe storage voltage of 3.90 V after 72 hours of inactivity. The result is longer battery life, better performance over the life of the battery and the peace of mind that your Smart battery is maintenance free. The user can change the Auto Storage settings of the battery based on their preferences.

Data-rich
An integrated microchip enables each Smart battery to store important information such as battery type, chemistry, cell count, capacity, number of charge cycles, number of discharges, C-rate, battery temperature and internal resistance. In addition, each battery stores a log of unhealthy events such as overcharging, over-discharging and over-temperature. This way you can make the most informed decision about each battery as you prepare your equipment for the next ride.

Simple and fast
Preset charge, discharge and storage parameters are automatically passed from your Spektrum™ Smart Pro-Series battery to your Smart charger, so charging is as easy as plugging in the battery. The charge rate of individual batteries can also be adjusted by the user, allowing you to take full advantage of packs with higher charge rates. The battery's integrated microchip remembers the last set charge rate so that these settings automatically take effect the next time you plug it in.
