What does HV mean at Savöx.
HV stands for High-Voltage. Savöx servos labeled as such can be operated with up to 8.4V voltage. The use of a 2s LiPo battery is therefore possible without any problems. All HV servos can of course also be operated with a lower voltage from 4.8V, but less power is available in this case.
SB-2262SG Monster HV Brushless Low Profile Servo
The new SB-2262SG servo is a new superlative servo in the SAVÖX Monster series. This powerhouse in low profile design delivers 30kg of force at 8.4V and is still extremely fast at 0.065 sec. to 60° despite its high force. The patented design was adopted and adapted from the SB-229X series. This has made it possible to deliver these gigantic values, which until recently were only possible with good servos of the standard design. Of course, the SB-2262SG also has a soft start to protect the linkage in the model.
Due to its design and low weight of 62 grams, it can be used for an extremely wide range of applications. Whether in an RC car or in fixed-wing aircraft with limited space, the SB-2262SG is perfect for a wide range of applications. Of course it can also be used as a swashplate servo, even 700 class helicopters are no problem for this powerhouse. Its high speed makes it ideal in combination with gyros and flybarless systems.
As usual, the output has 25 teeth, so all standard servo levers are compatible.
