SAFE Technology
The great strength of the Ultra Stick 30cc is its design versatility!
There are no limits to the motorization options. Whether electric or with various combustion engines. The motor bulkhead can accommodate any motor and the access cover of the front fuselage section, which is closed with magnets, can be used to replace the Lipos, refuel and recharge the receiver battery.
The elevator servos can be mounted either at the rear of the fuselage or conventionally under the wing in the fuselage in order to balance the centre of gravity for the corresponding motorization.
The simple design is ideally suited for use as a utility model, for glider towing, as an everyday aircraft, as a landing trainer, seaplane and, of course, for 3D aerobatics.

Good-natured

The generously dimensioned control surfaces ensure excellent maneuverability, even at low speeds. With a wingspan of over 2 m, the huge wing area with flaps in place generates enormous lift and allows very good-natured landing approaches, but remains fully aerobatic thanks to the fully symmetrical wing profile.

Easy to transport

Thanks to the solid aluminum tube joint, the split wing is very easy to transport. Once at the airfield, the nylon fastening screws supplied with the wing can be screwed in by hand without the need for tools.

Robust

The Ultra Stick 30cc comes with robust accessories. Solid ball linkages and 3mm control rods are included as standard in the ARF kit. From the tail wheel mount to the ready-installed landing gear nuts, everything is prepared so that assembly can proceed very quickly.
The white-painted, sturdy aluminum undercarriage already has pre-drilled holes for the wheel shoe assembly. These are quickly and simply screwed into place with two screws without the need for time-consuming alignment.

Well thought out

The ARF kit of the Ultra Stick is well thought out. For example, two different tail wheels are included to provide the perfect tires for both grass and hard tracks. As is usual with Hangar9, threads are inserted into the wings for the cable feed-through so that the cables do not have to be laboriously threaded through the ribs of the wing.
The servo mounts in the wing are already glued so that only the holes need to be drilled for the standard servos. A mount for optional floats is also fitted as standard.
The detailed, multilingual instructions also provide inexperienced model builders with lots of photos and tips to help them assemble the model quickly.
