Pro Boat Blackjack 24" V2 Overview

Pro Boat's long-standing series of ready-to-run Blackjack catamarans received a significant boost in performance and style with the introduction of the large Blackjack 42" in 2021. Among other improvements, this large model catamaran featured Spektrum Smart technology.
Now Pro Boat returns to where it all began, bringing the same improvements as its 'big brother' in the smaller, more affordable Blackjack 24" This redesigned Blackjack 24" not only looks better than the original, it performs better too.
Its brushless power system has been upgraded with top-of-the-line Spektrum electronics, including a Spektrum Firma 2200Kv brushless motor and a 90A Spektrum Firma Smart ESC. The ESC is Smart-enabled, so you can instantly receive important telemetry data when using an optional Spektrum Smart receiver and transmitter. The Blackjack 24" is ready to fly out of the box and 4S capable. Just install the recommended batteries and you'll have the speed and acceleration you're looking for!
Other updates include the innovative Pro Boat SSL (Strap, Slide, Lock) battery compartment, which eliminates the hassle of tying down batteries in tight spaces. You can swap the batteries in no time at all - it only takes seconds. Lubricating the bushings is made easy with a Grease and Go system that reduces the task to just three simple steps: Remove the propeller shaft plug, pump in some grease and plug it back up. The grease goes through the propeller shaft tube to the bushes, exactly where it is needed.
Pro Boat offers you the choice of two legendary color schemes for your Blackjack 24" catamaran. At top speed, the Heat Wave racing look is a firework of wild colors flying across the water. SSL BATTERY INSTALLATION (STRAP, SLIDE, LOCK)
You no longer have to struggle to fit batteries in the limited space of a boat hull. The SSL (Strap, Slide, Lock) system on the Blackjack 24" catamaran enables quick and easy battery installation. Changing the battery is also quick and easy ? You'll be ready and back on the water in seconds.


"GREASE AND GO" PROPELLER SHAFT
The Blackjack 24" Catamaran has a 'Grease and Go' system that directs grease via the propeller shaft to the bushings where it is needed. Simply remove the screw plug on the back of the propeller shaft, squirt in a few pumps of grease and plug it back up. It's quick and easy!


EXTREME BRUSHLESS PERFORMANCE
Like its 42-inch "big brother", the Ready-to-Run Blackjack 24" Catamaran is designed for serious brushless performance. The boat is factory set up for 4S LiPo power. Simply install the recommended batteries and you'll instantly reach speeds of over 72kmh!


BREAK-AWAY RUDDER
Every RC boat has an accident at some point. When that happens, the rudder is usually the first part to bend or break off. But the break-away rudder of the Blackjack 24" catamaran is designed to give way when it hits a solid object. This prevents it from breaking off the hull and minimizes damage to the rudder itself. You don't even need to replace screws. Just push the rudder back into place and tighten it!

FIXED DUAL IC5 CONNECTORS
The dual, fixed IC5 connectors work together with the SSL (Strap, Slide, Lock) system to simplify battery insertion. You can easily slide your batteries into place and plug them in with one hand. The connectors also keep the cables safe and protected from potential hazards.


CLEAN INTERIOR MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
The composite hull design of the Blackjack 24" Catamaran's composite hull design ensures a clean interior that keeps every cable, cooling line and part exactly where it should be.


WATERPROOF RECEIVER BOX
When you're out on the water, there's a good chance that a small amount of water will get into the hull. Spektrum receivers are waterproof, but the exposed pins for the servo leads are prone to connection problems if they get wet. The Blackjack 24" Catamaran has a receiver box that keeps moisture out and keeps this important component safe and dry.


ADJUSTABLE HARDWARE
The all-aluminum hardware allows you to adjust the height and angle of the propeller shaft, so you can customize the Blackjack 24" Catamaran to your liking and adapt the boat to the water conditions.


SPEKTRUM SLT2 2-CHANNEL TRANSMITTER
The included 2-channel SLT2 2.4GHz transmitter provides everything you need for reliable, safe control. User-adjustable functions include steering and throttle trim, steering deflection and throttle travel limits. The control layout is amazingly intuitive - all controls are perfectly positioned to be quickly accessible when needed and out of the way when not in use.


SPEKTRUM SMART READY
You can easily upgrade your Blackjack 24" Catamaran to smart functionality with ease. The included 90A Spektrum Firma Smart ESC has integrated telemetry functions. Pair it with a Spektrum Smart transmitter and receiver of your choice, and the ESC can send important telemetry data to the transmitter - including RPM, voltage, cell voltages and amperage.
