Overview
The Spektrum™ AR20410T PowerSafe™ receiver is a feature-rich 20-channel receiver with full-range telemetry. Spektrum PowerSafe receivers are designed for models that use numerous servos and special functions that require high receiver currents, such as in large-scale models and turbine jets. Now the 20-channel PowerSafe receiver is also equipped with innovative features such as fast reboot, regenerative servo support, remote sleep mode and the all-new Synapse AS3X module.
The revolutionary Spektrum™ Synapse™ flight stabilization module has been significantly improved over its predecessor, the AS3000. Equipped with the all-new AS3X stabilization algorithm, the Synapse system has been thoroughly tested and put to the ultimate test by professional pilots. Spektrum has taken years of customer feedback on the AS3000 into account and developed the Synapse module specifically for turbine jets and large models. Its lightweight design and innovative features make it the ideal choice for pilots who want the best flight stabilization in today's world of complex models.
In the past, pilots had to reduce the performance of stabilization systems by lowering the damping rate to fine-tune it to their personal preference. Now, with our new Stop Lock and Release Rate parameters, they can customize the feel of the gyro system while achieving optimal stabilization performance.
With the Synapse module, we are introducing the ability to customize AS3X and SAFE settings for 10 customizable channels on all control functions. This allows pilots to precisely tune their aircraft in flight. In addition, it is also possible to stabilize auxiliary functions on receiver outputs that are linked to other control functions via mixers and not directly linked to the wing configuration. For example, flaps, which are taken along by the ailerons by activating a mixer, can now also be included in the stabilization.
We have combined the ability to use multiple gyro systems in a single device. This provides the same functionality as operating multiple gyro systems in one model, allowing you to stabilize special functions such as thrust vector control and canards without having to use an additional gyro. Changes have been made to the gyro filtering to improve response time, which significantly increases the effectiveness of the damping and greatly improves the stability of the aircraft in gusty conditions.
Finally, significant improvements have been made to the operation of the heading hold function. Now the transitions between control commands and post-correction of the flight attitude are more seamless, providing a more natural flight feel. In the Synapse module, we have isolated the sensor to suppress acoustic interference that can occur in some turbine applications. All of this is packaged in a beautiful aluminum housing with three vibration-dampened mounting points.
Combined with the new Spektrum™ AR20410T PowerSafe™ receiver, it's an incredible combination of advanced flight stabilization and state-of-the-art electronics.
