600 Bell212 GREEN WHITE Civil
B212 Civilian Version Green/White 600 Size Helicopter Scale Conversion Kit
The B212 (also known as the Twin Two-Twelve) is a twin-bladed, twin-engine, medium-sized helicopter that first flew in 1968. It is marketed for civilian use and has a fifteen seat, one pilot and fourteen passenger configuration. This is the 600 version of the B212 in the civilian green/white color scheme. Designed to transform your existing 600 helicopter model into a very scale replica of the original. This kit includes all the necessary parts to integrate the mechanics, including the 45-degree right-angle tail gear for easy plug-and-play installation.
These 600 scale conversion kits offer specially designed side frames that provide two key benefits: First, the transmission is lowered so the torque tube runs through the lower rear boom. Secondly, the design allows the entire mechanical system to be integrated into the housing, just like the original.
Much of the work is already done. All the wooden parts are installed, and pre-drilled holes make it easy to mount the landing gear. The optional scale cockpit is handmade and painted and can be easily installed.
Since the B212 is a two-bladed helicopter, no modifications to the mechanics are required. A good flying 600 helicopter model needs no upgrades. Standard equipment includes an 1100 Kv brushless motor, an 80-100A ESC and a 6S 22.2V 5000mAh or larger LiPo battery.
Assembly can be completed in just 4-6 hours and is aimed at advanced modelers.
Scale helicopters are designed for modelers with advanced skills. Both ARF and KIT formats require the installation of your own electronics (ESC, servos, motor, etc.). KIT versions also require the installation of mechanics. Since mechanics may differ in size and shape, it may be necessary to make adjustments to the fuselage (e.g. cutting, drilling) to ensure an optimal fit. All fuselages are handmade, which may result in slight tolerance differences between body parts, doors or windows. These do not affect the flight characteristics and can be easily adjusted with the right tools.
