ARRMA has developed the 223S series specifically for bashing beginners who want to switch from 2S to 3S power without having to buy expensive optional parts or a whole new basher. With a 2S LiPo, the BIG ROCK 223S BLX 4X4 reaches top speeds of over 55km/h. This speed equals or exceeds the best that 2S bashers from other manufacturers can achieve. When you're ready to go faster, simply install a 3S battery. Now you can unleash the full potential of this monster truck of over 80km/h!
You decide how fast your BIG ROCK 223S BLX 4X4 can go with your choice of battery and how you set the throttle travel limiter of the SLT3 transmitter. With the throttle travel limiter function, you automatically limit the top speed to your desired level until you are ready for full power. Set the switch to 50% or 75% and you don't have to worry about going faster than you're capable of. Switch from brushless 2S to 3S speed with complete confidence.
The dynamic stability control (DSC) integrated into the Spektrum electronics of the monster truck offers a further special advantage, and not just for brushless newcomers. With four selectable modes, DSC automatically corrects steering inputs as needed to improve your control and confidence on any surface. Simply turn DSC off when you're ready to rely on your learned skills.
The factory-mounted and installed high-performance differentials with metal gears transmit the power of the Spektrum 3100Kv brushless motor to all four wheels, so you can bash on dirt, gravel or short grass with confidence. The entire drive system is well protected and the all-terrain independent suspension and oil-filled shock absorbers absorb bumps. Build ramps or blow up your truck over mounds of earth! The raised side guards on the robust composite chassis, together with the close-fitting body, keep dirt and debris away from the chassis tub. When maintenance is required, the hidden clipless body mounting system allows quick and easy access to the chassis.

DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)
Integrated into the Spektrum electronics, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) gives beginners another advantage as they learn to master high-speed brushless power. With four selectable modes, DSC automatically applies steering corrections to improve your control, confidence and driving safety, no matter what surface you're driving on. Once you have gained more experience, simply switch off the DSC and benefit from the skills you have learned.

SPEKTRUM 2.4GHz SLT3 SENDER
The high-quality Spektrum SLT3 3-channel transmitter is perfectly equipped for all drivers. Throttle travel limitation is just one example. Whether you're calling on 2S or 3S power, the ability to limit the truck's maximum available speed to 50% or 75% lets you increase your vehicle control until you're ready for full power. Four AA transmitter batteries are also included.

SPECTRUM ELECTRONICS

SUPER-STABLE GEARBOX
The factory-mounted and installed heavy-duty metal gear differential transfers power from the brushless Spektrum 3100Kv motor to all four wheels to race through challenging terrain. The entire drive system is well protected and provides reliable performance on any terrain.

ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION
The independent suspension and oil-filled struts absorb even the hardest bumps. You can also adjust the ride height to increase ground clearance when driving over uneven terrain.
